A Southern Thing
Brown Ales are tired and boring, they say. So, we spruced this one up with some pecan flour and blackstrap molasses. And then, it was infused with homemade cold brew we made with coffee beans from Lighthouse Roasters. The result is a toasty, nutty, bread-crusty, burnt-sugary, coffee-y malt bomb that will help prevent palate fatigue from all those hops.
