FAQ
We accept Discover, Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX credit and debit cards. Applepay works most of the time too.
- No.
- We’re not Baskin Robbins where you can taste 4 million flavors before you remember you’re lactose intolerant and/or are now too full to eat any more ice cream and leave.
- Hey other breweries – Please. Stop. Normalizing. Free. Samples.
- Hey redditors – stop writing negative reviews because you read online that we don’t give free samples. Instead, how about actually coming in and talking with our amazing Cicerone-certified bartenders. They are here to help.
- Hey everyone who gets it – thank you!
At our Shilshole location – YES YOU CAN!
At our Western location – sorry, no kids and no babies.
YES! So long as your dog is well behaved (trained, quiet & friendly) and on a leash.
We have meat/cheese/cracker snack trays and hummus/pretzel cups at Western but feel free to BYOF.
We have a food truck at Shilshole, and it’s awesome! https://www.plentyofclouds.com/dump-truck
Yup! We sell Yonder Cider (WA) in both our tasting rooms. For NA options, we have Asahi Super Dry 0.0, Heineken 0.0, and Guiness 0.
Nope. We’d prefer you enjoy enough (at least 7oz since that’s the smallest size we offer) of our beer before you rate it on your phone.
Nope. We DO sell 4-packs and single 16 ounce cans that are freshly filled on our state of the art CCL-45 canning line – check out our Locations page for what we have available at each tasting room.
Nope.
Yes! Check it out at https://shop.cloudburstbrew.com/.
Sorry, we do not offer our tasting rooms for private events.
Nope. But you can see most of our brewery while drinking at the Western Ave location.
If you’re interested in being considered for a front of house position, please send an email to [email protected], along with your resume and a blurb telling us about yourself AND why you gravitated towards Cloudburst.
Please note: we are currently not hiring for sales, marketing (what is marketing?), or balloon animal tying.
Just ask – we’d love to hear from you and hopefully work with you someday. Please email [email protected] and we’ll see what we can do. Make sure to include the name and location of your bar/restaurant/bottleshop (I know it might seem silly to specifically ask for this but you’d be surprised how many people email us and don’t say who they are or anything about their business). Due to our limited production, we can only offer delivery within Seattle city limits.
We believe in giving back to our community as much as we can but we’re really small and so we can only do so much. As such, we’ve chosen to focus our charitable giving and partnerships on social equity groups especially those in our fair city. If you would like to be considered, please fill out our donations form.
Please note, we do not donate beer nor do we donate to any religious groups, parent teacher organizations, or any individual, group, or business that does not have a not-for-profit status with the IRS.
