We have a confession to make. Again! We drove down to B&D Farms in Oregon to make this beer – because we love everything about it and at this point, harvest doesn’t start without digging our faces into Strata hops. But seriously – what else should we be? All Apologies? We brew wet hop beers multiple times a week, for six weeks in a row. Why not make a few with Oregon hops? And with assertive tropical notes of guava & passion fruit and a citrus leafy finish thanks to 20#/bbl, you’ll be easily amused. All in all is all we are.
