Once every four weeks, we brew a smaller batch of IPA, for various reasons – some more boring than others – and we always look forward to that easy, mellow single turn. You get to be a little more flexible with your time, there’s less things to multi-task, you catch up on little projects, and you get done work EARLY. It’s this easy peasy (mostly) predictable production day in the brewery. And speaking of predictable, how about a hop combo of Citra and Krush?
