Back and Forth. Forever.
Our first wet hop brew of 2017 is for me and you and everyone we know. We used a healthy 17 pounds per barrel of Wet Centennial from CLS Farms, who has the largest acreage of Centennial in all of the valley, and then infused the wort at 4 different times with as many fresh hops as humanly possible. By the end of the growing season, it will seem like we’ve been back and forth to Yakima forever, but that’s life and it’s happening and it’s weird and it’s beautiful.
