Welp, hop harvest is officially over. I guess that means we have to start brewing boring regular IPAs again. It’s been 6 weeks since we brewed a normal IPA recipe, and we *almost* forgot how to hop them. But as we mashed in, we put on Celine Dion “It’s All Coming Back to Me Now” and we brewed it like this. And we hopped it like that. It was so long ago…..so we used Citra, Sabro, & Motueka in a 60/30/10 ratio, eliciting notes of ripe peaches, key limes, apricots, & cedar with a quenching, west coasty bitterness.
