Bend to Squares IPA
We have gravitated towards a taste. Soft minerality, neutral malt, touch of body, dry finish. Citra hops dominate the landscape, and get pulled in the direction of peaches, tangerines, & fresh flowers thanks to a little Experimental Hop 630 and El Dorado. A perceptible bitterness builds, with weights down so that you can move forwards, sip after sip. Driving faster and faster through a narrow tunnel with no light in sight, is this a line of best fit or are we cutting ourselves lengthwise?
Editor’s Note: We are fully aware this description only makes sense to a tiny amount of our drinkers that were deeply into Death Cab For Cutie in the early ‘00s, and we’re ok with that.
