We teamed up with our friends from Bend to produce a thuggish ruggish bone of a beer. Keeping the malt bill soft and light, we used a blend of Pilsner base malts and 20% white wheat in the grist. A mix of Citra, Mosaic, Cascade, & Hop 522 produce an explosion of citrus & tropical flavors and aroma. It won’t last long but don’t fret – Cloudburst and Boneyard will see you at tha Crossroads so you won’t be lonely.
