This beer is like the perfect song, and would most definitely be a finalist in the Eurovision Beer Contest. First, it’s cool fermented…because Iceland is cold. Is that weird? No. It makes this beer exceptionally smooth. And we hopped it with Citra, Mosaic,and  Mosaic Cryo. They seem familiar and similar, but probably are not brother-sister.
