This beer is like a super catchy chorus that checks all the boxes, even if the words don’t make much sense. It’s got big notes of fruit with pineapple, lychee, white grapefruit, & honeydew but also has some danky undertones – like some of that fruit might be a day away from rotting. It’s got a veil of haze, but a quenching, piny bitterness. There’s a touch of light crystal in the malt bill to smooth out the aggressive hops, but it doesn’t get in the way. It’s Mosaic and Vic Secret. It’s both right now, and it will have you talking about your life.
