We went all crazytown with this golden ale and brewed it with wildflower honey in addition to 6 varieties of dried flowers – elderflower, lavender, rose buds, marigold, hibiscus, and chamomile. You know, stuff butterflies like. We added some honey malt and dextrapils for body, and balanced it with Polaris and Saaz hops. The end result is such a sexy, sexy pretty little thing.
