The Firestone Walker Invitational Beer Festival. You won’t find a better line-up of breweries and beers anywhere else. Tickets sell out in minutes, year after year. It’s a bucket list for brewers AND for drinkers. And we’re honored to be a part of it again – our fifth go! So we used our favorite lots of Citra and Mosaic in this PNW HAZY recipe, along with some Waimea from New Zealand, and some Waimea Fresh Hop Kief from Freestyle Farms to take it to the next level.. It’s soft but dry, with bitterness on the back end, and notes of tangerine, white grapefruit, and passionfruit.
