This thing is called HRC 200009-032 – another hop out of the public breeding program from the USDA and the Hop Research Council. We went 50/50 with it on the hot side along with Citra. And on the Dry Hop – we did 50% HRC along with 25% Citra and 25% Simcoe. The end result is a conference call of ruby red grapefruit, tangerine, pine and lemongrass so please, PICK UP THE BEER and ANSWER IT!
