For this beer, we blended more varieties than usual – Comet, Mosaic, HBC 692, Sabro, Citra & Galaxy – in hopes they’d create an intense, complex, fruit salad smorgasboard. Like pineapples, papayas, mangos, & oranges with splash of lime juice – OH MY! We’re all in this together right now, and striving to hit critical mass and achieve the change we’ve needed for so long.
