We brewed this hop forward Saison with our friends from Bale Breaker, who hail from hop country. Pale, White Wheat, Dextrapils and Oats give it a sturdy and silky malt backbone. Polaris hops in the bittering addition lay an herbal undertone, and just a little bit of, uh uh, little bit of Huell Melon, Loral, and Experimental Hop 522 pack a floral, tropical and citrus punch that play nicely with the Saison phenolics. All that flavor combined with a high-ish abv, and suddenly, it’s getting hot in here…
