The unique flavors of key lime, meyer lemon, cedar, & coconut husk have garnered a devoted & enthusiastic fan base of brewers near and far. The early development of these hops were cloaked in mystery and their use began to spread via word of mouth during their experimental stages as Hop 438. Now with more acreage than ever, the next step is to pass our passion and enthusiasm onto a select audience of craft beer loyalists so that it’s following can grow. In this iteration, we added Citra and El Dorado to lay a base of tangerine and stone fruit for the Sabro to shine on. Join the cult.
