Question: If a pale ale doesn’t have any Citra, Mosaic, or Simcoe hops in it, is it still enjoyable? I mean, like sure, it’s probably going to be drinkable – but would you come back to it again and again? Because this pale has none of those. But, what it lacks in familiar and friendly Yakima varietals, it makes up for with international experience and exotic flavors thanks to ample Australian Vic Secret and German Hallertau Blanc hops. Notes of lychee, white peach, and kiwi. Dealbreaker or Not?
