YUP. Baywater Indigos & shallot mignonette? UH HUH. Glazed Salmon over a bed of winter vegetables? YES. Smoked & charred Octopus? HELL YES. Fuck it even goes with mushrooms, potatoes and Aged Bavette Steak….AND DON’T GET US STARTED ON PORK CHOPS!!! HOT DAMN NOW WE’RE HUNGRYYYY.
