Look, “C” hops are great. We love them, you love them, everybody loves them. But “E” hops? Well, they’re kind of all over the board. Soooooo, we made an IPA with all the “E” hops we had in the cooler and voila: BEER! What “E” hops are we talking about? Pretty much most of them – Ekuanot, El Dorado, Enigma, Ella….and even a little EKG. Ew! Weird! But the End result is kinda Exhilarating…because it tastes Excellent! Notes of apricot, overripe peach, elderflower and lemon verbana accentuated by a subtle sweetness from of touch of light crystal malt.
