We made a delicately quaffable smoked Helles with Weyermann Beechwood Smoked malt, along with a splash of Oak Smoked Wheat, a touch of Weyermann Pils and paired it with spicy Czech Saaz hops to balance it all out. And while it’s sure hang around for a while (#nobodydrinkssmokedbeer), it will not outlast the planet. At least not this batch.
