Every year, our first turn of harvest is a lager brewed with some of Gayle Goschie’s finest Oregon noble hop varieties. And this year, our friends at Steeplejack Brewing collab’d with us on an Italian Pils – bringing us some fresh Tettnang and helping us dial in blended, European malt from Weyermann. Layers of lemon peel and cucumber and parsley and honeydew melon jump from the glass, as the soft, white crackery malt keeps the balance in check.
