We started this harvest off brewing a bonafide banger…but we needed time to give it time. You know that saying “good things come to those who wait”? Well, good things come to beers that lager. Like this one, brewed with freshly kilned Tettnang and wet Hallertau hops from Goschie Farms, that were hand delivered by the Oregon lager legends themselves, Kevin Davey & Lisa Allen. AND, they stayed up here to brew the beer with us! We went with a malt bill of 100% Weyerman Bohemian Pilsner malt, gave it all the proper fresh and wet hop additions, and laid it down for 6 weeks. Yum. You deserve this.
