What happens when all three breweries that won medals in the 2018 World Beer Cup for Fresh Hop Beer combine forces? This beer happens! During the last week of harvest, we all headed to Yakima for one final wet hop brew of the season. What hops were available? Pahto was from Tributary Farms. So was Ekuanot and 472 at Carpenter Ranches. So we combined all 3 – some wet, some freshly kilned – and added them everywhere…even in the fermenter. The end result is a chewy, tropical bouquet of fruit punch, ruby red grapefruit, pine needles, & tobacco.
