Real Talk: Hop-forward beers fermented with Belgian/French yeast are fucking weird. The phenolics and esters produced by the yeast become less predictable when you add lots of hops throughout the process, usually resulting in some interesting and unfamiliar flavor profiles. Not everybody has the patience to deal with fucking weirdos, but if you keep an open mind, you might find the experience surprisingly pleasant.
