It takes roughly 11 years for a new hop to become widely commercially available. Hop 630 is about 8 years along, and we were lucky enough have some of it fall off the truck in front of our brewery. With a little help from Cascade and Citra hops, Hop 630 hollers and wails juicy fruit flavors, like ripe strawberry and nectarine. Give it a shot, and blow what’s left of your right mind.
