It’s a lovely day for a Cloudburst. The sun is shining more, and the winter dark days are a distant memory. But sometimes, you still want a dark beer, because you like dark beers. And there aren’t many around. That’s when Cloudburst gives you strength. This beer is loaded with Roasted Barley and Flaked Rye, and when combined with some gypsum our and our house yeast – my goodness! A roasted, dark chocolate aroma gives way to dark fruits (think Marionberry) and dry, slightly acidic finish that surely will give you strength. Brilliant!
