Good Old Neon IPA
IPA7% ABV64 IBU
This IPA is an example of our constant battle to keep selfishly experimenting with hop flavor combinations while making sure you, the drinker, are happy with our results. Designing beers can be a mindfuck sometimes, so this beer goes out to David Foster Wallace (Good Old Neon is a short story of his). DFW is the brilliant, neurotic king of overanalyzing– for better or for worse. This IPA is light and crisp, with notes of pineapple, plum and tangerines and finishes with an underlying dankness from the combination of 522, Amarillo, Mosaic, and Summer hops.
