This beer was brewed before a live audience. Before having a panel discussion about Hazy IPA that the Stranger hosted, we decided to make a beer! What kind of beer?!? A HAZY IPA. We used a blend of three base malts – 2 Row, Pilsner, & Golden Promise – and added Spelt and Flaked Rye. Then we added, Chinook & Idaho 7 to the Whirlpool and Dry-Hopped it with Citra plus some more Chinook & Idaho 7. What is Hazy IPA? Well, that’s a great question. Please enjoy this as an answer.
