Then, we pass VGF (wave everybody!) as we head to Joe Champoux Farms for 50# of  mystery hops. What variety are they? Nobody knows! There was a mix up at the nursery! But they smell nice and fruity! Ok, onto the last stop at Cornerstone Ranches for 150# of extra piney Simcoe. Give Danessa and Graham a high five, and now we head back to the city to cram all these greenies into a sessionable Pale Ale base recipe! CHOO CHOO!
