You know a hop we haven’t used in ages?! You’re never gonna guess so we’re just gonna tell you – Meridian. See, we knew you wouldn’t know. That hop probably isn’t on your radar – it’s a small volume proprietary varietal from Indie Hops, and it’s only grown at one farm (Coleman – Alluvial). ANYWAYS, yeah, it’s been a HOT MINUTE. We kinda forgot what it was all about, save for chicken scratch on a box that reads “Bright Purp/bery dk flor c-like”, so we paired it with some Chinook & a lil Citra because that’s what we do when we can’t read SOMEBODY’S writing.
