We can’t believe Brouwer’s Cafe has only been around for 11 years, but that’s what they told us. So, in celebration of this hullabaloo, we brewed a Double IPA. Pale and Light Crystal Malts lay the foundation for a hubbub of hops to come. Bittered with Chinook, a little Citra for flavor, finished with Centennial and Mandarina, and finally dry-hopped with Mosaic and Mandarina result in a ruckus of pin, tangerine, strawberry, and pineapple flavors.
