I Think We’re Done Here IPA
Every local does it. By the end of February, we start yearning for sunshine, less wetness, warmer temperatures and longer days. We crave a vacation to a beach, dream of sipping tropical cocktails by a pool, and stare longingly at carefree, travel focused instagram feeds. It also translates over to our beer recipes, where all we want are tropical flavors wrapped up in a dry, refreshing finish. Thus, we used a bunch of Mosaic hops in this beer, along with some Huell Melon, Sabro, & Experimental Hop 692, to create a flavor paradise of ripe pineapple, guava, key lime & coconut flesh. Seattle, we love you but you’re bringing us down.
