This little pale here is a dream house for Barbe….Rouge hops. WTF are Barbe Rouge hops? Well, they come from Alsace. That’s in France so obvs they’re fancy. And some people say they exhibit red berry and citrusy tones, but we think that’s a little embellished. We get a lot of classic noble spice – black tea, lemon zest, & dried orange pith – that’s pleasant and delicate and subtle in this dry, crispy pale. In our Barbe world, this beer is cherished and respected – not objectified, demeaned, or harassed. And it isn’t fighting an uphill battle for equality or reproductive rights. BECAUSE FUCK THAT SHIT.
