Milk Stout with Coffee & Cardamom6.6% ABV20 IBU
Turns out, Turkish Coffee is a really cool thing. Not only is it delicious, but there’s a tradition of reading one’s fortune in the leftover grounds in one’s cup. It’s called Tasseography. Look it up! Using that as inspiration, we made a hefty milk stout and infused it with homemade cold brew with Captain Bert’s beans from Lighthouse Roasters and hand crushed green cardamom pods. Whether the future ahead is positive or negative – DEAR GOD PLEASE BE POSITIVE – it’s best to enter it with an open heart and open mind…unless things are truly fucked. In that case, let your hypothalamus take charge as fight or flight might work better.
