Turns out, Turkish Coffee is a really cool thing. Not only is it delicious, but there’s a tradition of reading one’s fortune in the leftover grounds in one’s cup. It’s called Tasseography. Look it up. Using that as inspiration, we made a hefty milk stout and infused it with Captain Bert’s beans from Lighthouse Roasters and hand crushed green cardamom pods. Whether the future ahead is positive or negative, it’s best to enter it with open heart and open mind.
