You know when you have too much of a good thing, so much so it’s kind of a bad thing? Like, when the quality of hops are so amazing, year after year, that you just have to get a box of EVERYTHING all the time, even when beer sales are a touch slower over that time span, just enough so one day you look in your walk-in and are like…um, we definitely have too many lots in here of too many varieties. BUT THEY’RE ALL SO FUCKING GOOD. Like in this beer we’ve got three lots of Amarillo from two harvests via Crosby Farms & Roy Farms, last year’s Citra from Perrault Farms and Loftus Ranches, and 3 lots of Idaho 7, from Jackson Farms and Crosby again.
