Last time we brewed one of these, it won a fucking GOLD MEDAL at the WORLD BEER CUP. And then we did what we do best…not make another one for a while. But with GABF entries due next week, why not see if lightning can strike twice, ya know? This hop bill is different than before – Thora, Mosaic, & Krush – but the technique and process and je-ne-sais-quoi is the same. Many will ask how this beer is different from Happy Little Clouds (it’s hoppier – nearly 3x the hopping rate! – and it takes less time, etc.) but sure, there’s a likeness there… and isn’t that what metaphors are all about? The world is a stage, and this beer is a star.
