Style wise, an IPA with a slightly lower abv and an extra heavy dry-hop dose is kind of a rebel, looking for a place to go. We balanced it with Pale and Munich malts, bittered it with Polaris hops, and let the Mandarina, Centennial, & Citra hops take it from there. For a hop-forward, crushworthy IPA – there’s no skating here.
