You can’t escape this hop combo. Mosaic, Citra, and Chinook. It’s just THAT solid. Something about essential oils and alpha acids. On that note, we doubled down on the Chinook, using a new trial product from Yakima Chief Hops which is called 701 – a supercharged oil enriched hop extract that gives it an extra pop of bright pine on top of the citrusy and tropical notes.
