This is one mischievous Hawaiian pale ale. It all started with Mosaic and Citra Cryo hops. The next thing you know, this mythological dwarf is adding orange peel in the whirlpool. AND THEN, when we weren’t even looking – boom Passionfruit and Pink Guava Purees found their way into the fermenter (to the ridiculous total of 23#/bbl). The end result is a hoppy, hazy POG beer that finishes dry with a pleasant, tropical tartness. Oh, you want juice? We’ll give you juice.
