This IPA has, like, A LOT of Strata hops in it. It’s got that strawberry jam from Crosby, it’s got that blackberry kush from Coleman, it’s got that floral passionfruit from Goschie, and it’s got that ruby red grapefruit candy from Roy. And then in the dry hop, we tacked on some Columbus Cryo, some Citra Cryo, and some Mosaic Cryo to really hammer the dark fruit/citrus/tropical high notes. Sometimes you just want MORE Strata, and so, we obliged.
