A couple of years ago, we got our first box of Cashmere hops in the house and brewed a pale ale in honor of Weezer’s Sweater Song. We’ve since really enjoyed playing around with these hops, both wet and pelletized. So, we scaled the original recipe up, added a touch of Citra for assistance, and voila! With notes of rainier cherry, passion fruit, lychee, white peach, tangerine, and menthol, this soft and fuzzy IPA goes down so smooth, you might unravel and soon be naked, lying on the floor, you’ve come undone….again, but more so.
