Huh? Triumph hops you say? Is that a thing? IT IS NOW!
Developed by the USDA in association with the Hop Growers of America at Oregon State University, Triumph hops are the newest public variety to be released. So obviously, we HAD TO HAVE SOME. And so, we sold a kidney and the rights to our first novel and voila! A box showed up. Per usual, we feathered in some Citra hops as well because – it’s Citra and it’s delicious. The end result is a classic hop forward pale with notes of grapefruit, tangerine & resin, along with a crisp, dry finish.
