During last hop harvest, we blatantly disregarded TLC’s advice and CHASED WATERFALLS – brewing a DIPA with Wet Simcoe and Wet Sabro from Perrault Farms. Well, we really liked that hop combo – ruby red grapefruit, young pine needles, key lime, & cedar – so we decided to brew something reminiscent…but added some Comet hops for an extra limey twist. So just trust us again, like you did with the waterfalls – you WANT scrubs. You may even love scrubs. Especially after it hangs out the passengers side of your best friends ride and hollas at you.
