Sometimes you get there first. Sometimes you’re a day or a week too late. The name game, the hop game, the style game, the stout game. This name and description was ready to go – we swear! – til it wasn’t unique anymore. It happens. And so, we’ll just let the hops do the talking. We built the bill around Mosaic – bright pineapple with underlying dankness and depth. Then, we added Galaxy & Experimental Hop 630 – ripe mango, yellow peach, tangerine flesh – to pull it softer and blur the savory elements. It might’ve had a cuter name with a more methodically organized description – but this beer will still spark joy.
