Shake it up is all that we know, using the malts up as we go. We’re waking up to fantasy – Maris Otter & Crystal please. The hops all around aren’t the flavors we used to see. Cascade, Chinook still matters to me. Old beers that are broken can often be one again. Malty moves or hoppy dreams, or living in the middle of the two extremes.
