Attention! Attention! Pilsners are getting more and more of it lately! This past Spring, Steve took a trip to the Czech Republic with one mission in mind – find, study, and drink as many and as much Czech Pils as possible. Thus, creating one upon his return was inevitable. Weyermann Floor Malted Bohemian PIlsner malt from Morovia sets the base with a subtle, biscuity nuance. It was then bittered with CZ Special Saaz (Saaz with a slightly higher alpha) and finished with (regular?) CZ Saaz for deep notes of lemon peel, fresh cut grass, and spice along with a snappy, bitter finish. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do – Na zdraví!
