Ok so maybe this beer doesn’t “look the part”

It’s got Nelson so it’s “New Zealand Style”

But there’s Strata so it “doesn’t fit the mold”

Also Simcoe which is “very Yakima”

You can see through it which is “kinda weird”

It’s bitter and that’s “abrasive”

Overall it’s “intensely flavorful”

It’s a beer that’s “not for everyone”

It doesn’t “play well with others”

It will leave your mouth “feeling funny”

But also you’ll have a “hard time” not “thinking about it all the time”

Your palate will “evolve”

You will “learn to love it”

It will become “your everything”
