Sometimes we get all verse, chorus, verse, rinse, repeat and we gotta SNAP TF OUT OF IT. Like, remember, we have SO many hops in the cooler – TOO MANY TBH – and there’s always some solid, old faithful varieties we might not be thinking about because NEW NEWER NEWEST, but let’s say we’re staring at Simcoe and Columbus and Centennial, which would make an excellent “classic” hop bill of pine, grapefruit, resin, dark fruits but also pop in a modern hazy PNW interpretation all like YES PLEASE!
