With hop harvest over, it’s time to change gears and get back on our old bullshit, as they say. Our first IPA post harvest has a soiree of soft adjuncts like Wheat, Oats, and Spelt in the grist, and then we hopped it with some super tropical Southern Hemisphere hops – Galaxy from Australia and Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand – plus a little Citra. We figured you haven’t had flavors from those banger hops in a while, and with the cold and the gray and the rain officially upon us, some bright notes of mango, pineapple, and passionfruit are just what the doctor ordered to fend off seasonal affective disorder.
