If Vista, Simcoe, and Chinook had a flavor venn diagram, there’d be a bunch of overlap by way of “citrus” and “woody”.  It’s like you’re on a hike through a grapefruit grove that just suddenly ends and turns into a massive conifer forest – which is a place that doesn’t exist, to our knowledge, but it should. And we would move there and build a house and start a brewery. Anyways, while that location is fiction, this beer is very much real.
